THE 2026 STAMPS ISSUES PROGRAM AND COMMUNICATED
1- THE 2026 STAMPS ISSUES PROGRAM
The program of stamps issues during 2026 is containing 28 stamps consacred to political, sportive and cultural events and themes in order to make better known patrimonial, civilisational, natural and touristic Tunisia’s wealth. The themes are the following:

2- COMMUNICATED TO THE PAINTERS
In the context of the completion of the annual emission of postage stamps under the year 2026, the Tunisian Post informs graphic designers, painters and specialists that it organizes a competition for the selection of models for use in the emissions of the stamps according to themes, patterns and periods specified in the table below:

Graphic designers, painters and art specialists can use different techniques for designing models, according to their choices and their techniques.
Each painter or design specialist must present his project as follows:
- The version : The design of the stamp project according to the theme of the issue.
- The projects must include the following indications in Arabic and French:
- Tunisian Republic
- The theme of the stamp
- The word : "Postes"
- Applicants may propose one or more projects for each postage stamps issues. Each model project will be accompanied by a paragraph describing the design's point of view form and content.
The offers are contained in an inner envelope on which are inscribed the name and address of the candidate.
The outer envelope must bear either the name of its owner or his signature and must be marked "not open" indicating the theme of the show.
Any offer that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected.
Envelopes containing the offers are sent by postal mail or rapid-mail to the following address:

Prices decreed with the painters preceded by emission:
Prizes will be awarded to the models chosen by the model selection commission and are fixed as follows:
- First Prize : 2000 dinars
- Second Prize : 1250 dinars
- Third Prize : 900 dinars
- Fourth Prize : 600 dinars
The prices can not be granted in whole or in part if the projects received are not deemed satisfactory by the committee.
